ATTENTION ALL DOPE SOULS & KINDRED SPIRITS
THIS ONE’S FOR YOU.
Focusing on grounding and healing, Alisa will be leading a restorative Hatha yoga class which will include deep stretching and adjustments that will help align and calm the body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
Following the class, we will then proceed to engage in the most anticipated activity of the evening (well, MY most anticipated activity ^-^): EATING.
Some homemade Kitchari, a delicious vegan and gluten free dish, will be served with a fresh salad 🙂
In case you’re wondering, Kitchari is a rice and mung bean based Ayurverdic dish that is beneficial for all body types and loaded with a variety of tasty veggies and herbs.
Since this will be taking place in a cozy little home studio, places are limited.
There are however a couple spots still available !
The cost for both the yoga and dinner is $25, and will take place from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
